Multi zone

Amplifier Main hall Ladies Courtyard Azan horn Mic ➜ Amplifier

Separate volume for the main hall, ladies section, courtyard and outside azan horns.

How many speakers can one amplifier drive?

Every amplifier has a power rating. The total power of all speakers on one line should stay within it. For example, a TOA A-1724 drives up to 8 horn speakers or 12 Namaz speakers.

Quick tips

  • Keep microphones away from speakers to avoid whistling.
  • Use more speakers at lower volume instead of a few very loud ones.
  • Horn speakers are for outside azan. Use box or column speakers inside the hall.
  • An echo mixer adds a soft echo for naat and qirat. Use it with care in small rooms.
